- How to order?
- Just send your desire pictures and your exact measurement to us by e-mail (please follow the measurement & dimension) We will send you an Order form to fill .We will check the cost and reply to you as soon as possiable.
- How to pay?
- Once you confirm the price,please read the payment carefully. We accept 50% advance deposit payment for making order, Please pay through bank or Paypal or western union or cashU, please inform us once you made the payment and keep the deposit voucher with you.(These are costom- made dresses, all make by your dimension, We can not take the risk if you change your mind and no one else will be fixed to wear.) Items are not refundable or exchangeable.
- How to deliver?
- Usually the process time of work ( dress needs around 7-10 days, gown needs around 12-15 days，Abaya needs around 5-7 days).If you have souq.com ID, we can continue the deal through souq.com,we will make an auction for you with the details, you pay the balance on COD. if you don't have souq.com ID, We will arrange local express for you base on balance payment & delivery cost are received.
